My father was a huge Wes fan so I grew up listening to him on 8 tracks as we drove around together. My favorite Wes song is "The Big Hurt" off of the "Tequila" album.

Timeless Music. When I was a college student majoring in Music, I adopted Mozart Bach Mendelssohn Beethoven Tchaikovsky and "Uncle Wes" as my muses. I listen to his music daily because it is calming yet powerful. He left a mighty musical legacy. Thank you, "Uncle Wes"

I lived in Brooklyn New York in the 70's, where my friend Syl turned me on to Wes' "Road Song." I can still recall that cold day in that apartment on Ralph Avenue. We were both completely Tranced out by Wes.

I have been a fan since the early 60's with his A&M Releases (Down Here On The Ground, Road Song).Just listened to 4 on 6 from his "Willow Weep for Me" album, his live performances were incredible.
